Press Phonebk.

Scroll to entry you want to edit.

Press Options.

Scroll to Edit.

Press Select. Use
Delete
to backspace and erase
characters to the left of the blinking cursor.

Scroll down to move to phone number field.

Modify number.

Press Done.
