If the set-top has received a poll request set-top but its system time has not yet 
been initialized, the time stamp field displays NOT AVAILABLE. 

Last Poll Ack. 

Indicates the sequence number of the last poll acknowledge received by the set-top. 
The time stamp of the last poll acknowledge is displayed under LAST POLL ACK.  

If the set-top has received no poll acknowledge, the sequence number and time 
stamp fields display N/A.  

If the set-top has received a poll acknowledge but its system time has not yet been
