Receive using Infrared 157

Receive using Infrared

The infrared port is used for data communication with compatible devices such as a peer A008
device or other PDA/phone that have infrared port compliant to the OBEX standard.
To receive information from another A008:

1

Turn on the IrDA transmission feature at the sending A008. For example, in the address book,
press the

at the upper right hand corner of the contact information screen.

2

Adjust the angle and the distance between the devices, and tap

at the main menu of the

receiver A008 and the following sequence of events should occur providing the devices
establish
a connection.
