This section provides details and references required to recover the MCC 7100 IP Dispatch Console in
the event of a failure.

Recovering an MCC 7100 IP Dispatch Console Installation

Disaster recovery is used if the current installation of the MCC 7100 IP Dispatch Console has become
unstable or inoperable. Follow this process to reinstall all necessary components.
Recovery of an MCC 7100 IP Dispatch Console installation during a disaster recovery event requires a
full installation.

Process:

Backup critical files used by the MCC 7100 IP Dispatch Console. See
