4. To change the foam ear cushion, peel off the
existing cushion from the speaker element
(point 2). Stretch the new cushion over the
speaker element until it is fully covered. See
the chart below.
REPLACEMENT PIECE PARTS
WARRANTY REPLACEMENT
Motorola Solutions Inc. Worldwide System and
Aftermarket Products Division (“Motorola”)
warrants the Flexible Ear Receiver Accessory
against defects in material and workmanship
under normal use and service for a period of one
(1) year from shipment. Items will be REPLACED
free of charge for the full warranty period. Freight
charges to the place where warranty replacement
is provided shall be the Customer’s responsibility.
This warranty does NOT cover defects or
damages to the Flexible Ear Receiver Accessory
resulting from:
• use in a manner other than normal operation
as specified in the Instruction Manual
• Misuse, accident or neglect
• improper, disassembly, testing, operation,
maintenance, installation, adjustment,
alteration, repair or any modification by the
Customer or any other person without the prior
written consent of Motorola Solutions.
If replacement under warranty is necessary
for a product purchased in the United States:
a. place a confirming critical warranty order
through the Worldwide System and
Aftermarket Products Division Central Order
Processing Group at 1-800-422-4210
b. send defective material with proof of purchase
and a brief description of the failure, within 45
days of confirming warranty order to:

c. the Customer will not be invoiced for the
replacement items if original, identical items
are shipped to the Warranty Department within
