Installing the Charger

When installing the charger to the wall, make sure to plan the 
installation carefully.

•

Leave additional space on top of the charger to attach and 
detach the radio.

•

The wall must be more 0.7 in. (18 mm) thick and can support 
more than 8.8 lbs (4 kg).

•

When installing the charger to a drywall, ensure that you use 
wood reinforcement at the back of the charger. We 
recommend installing the charger on the wooden board of any 
size, with a thickness 0.7 in. (18 mm) or more, and attaching 
this wooden board to the drywall.

1. Attach the mount jigs to the mounting holes at the back panel 

of the charger.

2. Mark the position of the mounting screws into the wall by 

pressing the charger with mount jigs against the wall. Remove 
the mount jigs from the charger.
