Problem
Potential cause
The control panel does not work, no diodes nor display are on
No power supply.
Check the fuses. Check the electricity in the network.
Damaged cables or plugs.
Check the cables and plugs, replace if damaged.
The device is overheated.
Wait for the welding machine to cool automatically.
Incorrect supply current,
error code
E-1
appears on the display.
Check the power supply network, overvoltage occurred (too high sup-
ply current). Switch the device off and on again. If the error persists,
contact technical support.
Incorrect supply current,

appears on the display.
Check the power supply network, low supply current. Switch off and
again switch on the device. In case the fault persists contact technical
support.

In this case you can continue welding, but the panel display indica-

11. Problems occurring during welding
If a hazardous error occurs for the operator or working environment, immediately turn off the
power supply of the device.
It is necessary to protect the device from unauthorized use until the defect is removed.
The device may only be repaired by authorized personnel!
