Disconnect the power cord from the wall. Remove accumulated dust on external surfaces using a dry cloth. Do not use water or any
chemicals.

Troubleshooting
Installation without a dimmer:
Installation with a dimmer:
-Check that the AC outlet is operational.
-Check that the power adaptor output connector is fully
inserted into the heart input connector.
-If you are using the DC power extension cord, repeat above
procedures for the cord.
-Please refer to the dimmer user manual for installation
instructions and mode of operation.
-Repeat above troubleshooting procedures including the
dimmer cables and connectors.
-Check that the dimmer enclosure is not touching any
metal surface.
