The stiffness of the whole trolley has to be checked regarding torsion, play and
deformation. Bent or worn out elements have to be replaced before use.
Completeness:
•
Check that all pluggable connections (Bolts, split pins) are where supposed to,
especially after repairing or disassembling.
Greasing, cleaning:
•
Clean and grease regularly all threads and knuckles between moveable parts.
•
The use of a high pressure water cleaning devise is only allowed on top of the
construction trolley. Avoid under all circumstances the cleaning of the axles
bearings with such devices! The high pressurized water may go inside the radial
sealing rings.
Warning of crushing hazards!
Workings may merely be carried out if the
system is not under pressure. If any test runs take place no person is allowed to
be within the machines working range.
