Remove the saucepan from the heat.

To avoid excessive splashing, place the Blending
Leg

into the food before switching the hand
blender on.

Hold the pan steady with your other hand and
press the On/Speed Button

through the food using a
up and down motion.

Allow the Blade to stop moving before removing
from the pan.
•
WARNING: Lifting the Blade out of the food
while running could splash hot liquid. Extra care
should be taken when using the hand blender in
this manner.

Do not insert the hand blender into the food
past the join between the Main Unit

Ensure the power cable doesn’t touch any hot
surfaces (including the side of the pan

Blending Leg (3)
•
The Blending Leg is designed for pureeing soft
foods for use in soups and baby food.
•
The Blending Leg is not suitable for grinding
hard items such as coffee beans, ice, nuts, meat
or hard vegetables (raw potatoes, raw carrots
etc).
Beaters (6)
•
The Beaters are ideal for whipping cream, eggs
and other soft foods. The beaters should only be
used on the slower speed setting.
•
They are not suitable for stiffer mixtures such as
cake batter.
Chopping Bowl (9)
•
The Chopper is suitable for chopping nuts, herbs,
boiled eggs and dried bread.
•
The Chopper is not suitable for grinding coffee
beans, ice, or hard vegetables (raw potatoes, raw
carrots etc).

Unplug from the mains before twisting the
Whisk Gearbox to unlock from the Main Unit.
Pull the Beaters from the Whisk Gearbox for
cleaning.

Hold the container steady with your other
hand and press and hold the On/Speed
Button

to start. Use on the slower speed
setting only. Release the button to stop
BEFORE
removing the Beaters from the food.

Place the Beaters into the ingredients.
