coolant flow drops the switch detects an abnormality of the
coolant flow level and an alarm occurs. When an alarm occurs,
spindle rotation stops and the machine is set in the feed hold
status. Refer to the following chapter and check for coolant
pipe leakage, coolant clogging or coolant unit abnormalities.

abnormality of the coolant float level and an alarm occurs.

coolant clogging and coolant unit abnormalities.

Problems related to the supply of coolant can be divided into
two categories; cases when coolant is not supplied when the
coolant pump is operating; and cases when the coolant pump
is not operating. The confirmation and recovery procedures for
both cases are outlined below.
