1. WARNING ALARM
• Use this troubleshooting guide for a list of possible solutions if the machine does not perform as
expected or malfunctions.
• If a solution cannot be found or the problem persists, please contact your authorized service center.
• Do not, under any circumstance, dismantle or attempt to repair the machine yourself.
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSES SOLUTION

2. IMBALANCE ADJUSTMENT
• Strong vibrations may occur during spinning if laundry load is not placed equally inside the tub. This
machine has an imbalance adjustment function which will activate automatically once vibration
exceeds the allowed level to rectify the imbalance.
3. POWER SUPPLY IS CUT OFF AUTOMATICALLY
• If the START/PAUSE button is not activated within 10 minutes after pressing POWER, power supply
will be cut off automatically.
• When washing completes, power supply will be cut off automatically.
4. MEMORY BACKUP FUNCTION
• If power supply is cut off while machine is operating, the last selected program can be memorized
and continued once power supply resumes.
