Removal of
ON/OFF Switch
1)
Remove the control panel, secured by two fixing screws.
2)
Pull off the wires to the switch (noting their positions).
3)
Squeeze together the two securing tabs and then push the switch away from the control panel.
4)
Replace by reversing the above procedure.
Removal of Neon’s
1)
Replace by reversing the above procedure.
2)
Pull off the wires to the neon’s (noting their positions).
3)
Remove the locking nut and withdraw the neon from the control panel.
4)
Replace by reversing the above procedure.
Removal of Fuse
1)
Working in the compartment, the fuse is within the box mounted on the RH side.
2)
Remove the two fixing screws securing the box and remove.
3)
The fuse can now be removed or replaced.
Removal of Contactor
1)
Working in the compartment, the Contactor is within the box mounted on the RH side.
2)
Remove the two fixing screws securing the box and remove.
3)
Remove the wires from the Contactor (noting their positions) and undo the fixing screws.
4)
Replace by reversing the above procedure.
Removal of Transformer
1)
Working in the compartment, the transformer is within the box mounted on the RH side.
2)
Remove the two fixing screws securing the box and remove.
3)
Remove the wires from the transformer (noting their positions) and undo the fixing screws.
4)
Replace by reversing the above procedure.
