Secure all panels to Base Panel with Brackets (E) and four screws (B) each.
STEP 6
Attach Locking Casters (G) in front with four screws (B) each and Non-Locking
Casters (H) in back with two screws (B) through Base Panel and two screws (C)
through Back Panel per caster.
