One Year Limited Warranty
Mookie Toys warrants this product to the original retail purchaser as follows:
This product is warranted against defective materials or workmanship for one year from the
date of original purchase. An original reciept is required to validate your warranty.
To the extent permitted by law, Mookie Toys will, as its option, provide replacement parts or
replace this product. Mookie Toys reserves the right to substitute if the part or model has been
discontinued.
To make a claim under this warranty you may contact your distributor as indicated on the box.
Proof of purchase is required.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not include damages which arise from misuse or abuse of this product.
This one year warranty is in addition to consumer protection conditions and warranties implied
by Australian and European laws.
Not to be used by children over 36 months. Not to be used by a child over 20kg.
Safety Information
• Using this product could result in injury unless proper safety precautions are taken.
• Read and understand the enclosed owners manual before letting children use this product.
• Safety equipment such as a helmet is recommended.
• Direct adult supervision required at all times.
• Use only in controlled environments free of potential traffic hazards and not on public streets.
• Child must maintain a hold on the handlebars at all times.
• NEVER allow more than one child at a time to ride the product.
• NEVER use near steps, sloped driveways, hills, roadways, alleys, or swimming pool areas.
• This toy has no brakes.
• Keep fingers and other body parts away from the product when folding or unfolding. Adult must not allow children to assist in folding
or unfolding of the product.
• The product is not recommended for children under 12 months old.
Failure to use common sense and heed the above warnings presents and enhances risks or serious injury.
