WARNING:  DO NOT incinerate a battery pack, even if it is severely

damaged or completely worn out. It can explode in a fire

                     causing injury.

1. Turn off and remove the battery from the blower.
2. Always allow the blower to cool completely before cleaning.
3. Keep the blower dry and free from oil and grease. Wipe the exterior with a
damp cloth and mild soap, as needed.
4.

DO NOT immerse any electrical tool, its charger, its cord, or its plug, into

water. DO NOT let any liquid get inside the tool

.

5. DO NOT let brake fluids, gasoline or petroleum-based products come in
contact with plastic parts (they can damage, weaken or destroy plastic).

6. Ensure all parts are dried thoroughly before reassembling and using the power
    tool.
7. Fully recharge the battery before storage and then again every 90 days.
8. DO NOT store near fertilizers and other garden chemicals. These may contain
agents which greatly accelerate the corrosion of metals

The RBRC seal on the Li-ion battery pack indicates that
the cost to recycle the battery pack at the end of its useful
life has already been paid by the manufacturer. It is illegal
to place spent Li-ion batteries in the local municipal solid
waste or in the trash. RBRC, in cooperation with the manu-
facturer, has provided an environmentally friendly and easy
way to recycle spent Li-ion batteries. Just contact your local
recycling center or call 1.800.822.8837 for information on
where to drop off the spent battery.
