Express Cooking

Rather than selecting a power level and precise time for cooking, you can quickly 
start cooking at 100% power, using two different methods:

1.  Press the Start/Enter/Add 30 Sec button to set the cooking time in 30 second 

increments. This button can be pressed multiple times to increase cooking time.

2.  Using the number pad, enter the number of minutes for cooking and press the 

Start button.

When cooking is finished, a beep will chime five times and END will be displayed.

Weight Defrost

1.  Press weight defrost and 0.0 and “lbs.” will illuminate on the display.
2.  Use the number pad to input weight to be defrosted (weight must be entered in 

pounds and ounces up to 6.3 lbs.).

3.  Press start to begin defrosting. The microwave will beep five times when  

defrosting is done.

4.  Timed Defrost

1.  Press time defrost button and 00:00 will display.
2.  Enter the amount of time for defrosting using the number pad. Maximum time is 

99 min. 59 sec.

3.  Press start.

Auto Cook

With the auto cook programs, the power level and time are set for you. This is  
simplified cooking at its best. 
1.  Press the auto cook button that corresponds to the type of food you are cooking. 

The first press of the button will show 0.0 on the display. 

2.  Continue pressing the auto cook button to set the weight of the item in ounces. 

The “Oz.” light will illuminate on the display. 

3.  Press the start button to begin cooking.
When cooking is finished, there will be five beeps and END will be displayed.

Sensor Cook

Sensor cooking uses temperature and humidity sensors inside the microwave to 
determine when the food is cooked. The display will show SC when sensor cooking 
is being used.

Multistage Cooking

The microwave oven can be programmed for up to 2 automatic cooking sequences 
(one defrost with one microwave cooking program or two stages of microwave 
cooking programs). For example: If you wanted to microwave at one power level 
followed by a lower power level.
1.  Use the number pad to enter the desired cooking time.
2.  Press power level then use the number pad to set the power level.
3.  Press cook time and enter desired cooking time on the number pad for the 2nd 

stage cooking.

4.  Press power level then use the number pad to select the 2nd stage power level.
5.  Press start.
When cooking is finished, there will be five beeps and END will be displayed.

NOTE:

 Express and Auto Cook cannot be set in multistage cooking mode.

Favorite

You can set up to three favorite cooking procedures. 
1.  Press the favorite button once for your first favorite, twice for number two and 

three times for the third. The screen will display “1, 2 or 3.”

2.  Press cook time and enter desired cooking time using the number pad.
3.  Press power level then use the number pad to set your selection.
4.  Press the favorite button to save your selection. A beep will sound to indicate 

that your favorite was saved.

5.  To use your favorite setting, press the favorite button as many times as neces-

sary to select your first, second or third favorite.

6.  Press Start/Enter/Add 30 sec button to start cooking.

NOTE:

 Time/Weight Defrost and Auto Cook cannot be used in setting a favorite.
