TROUBLESHOOTING
Q1: The converter is connected, but there is no video on the connected display.
A1: Double-check all connections. Try using different video cables. Ensure that the AC
adapter is plugged into the converter and into an AC power source.
Q2: The SDI output has video, but no audio can be heard.
A2: Manually select PCM audio with a sampling rate of 48kHz.
