Proof Cycle
The display will scroll “too hot”
above 125°F and start the Proof
cycle only when the oven cools
below that set point.
The Proof cycle maintains a 95°F
oven temperature by cycling the
halogen oven lights.
Note: Proof is the only cycle where
the inner knob does not need to be
set. It can stay in the off position.
