3. BEFORE ASSEMBLY OF THE PRODUCT
WARNING!

KEEP THIS INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
• AN ADULT MUST PERFORM THE ASSEMBLY. The product contains small parts, which is the reason the assembly must
be performed by an adult. Children must not be present during assembly.
• remove the safety materials and packaging and throw them after the product is assembled.
• The packaging of the car is not a toy for children. For the purpose of avoiding suffocation or death, keep the plastic
packaging away from children.
Make sure that the power button is in an “OFF” position before assembly of the battery operated car.
• Before use for the first time you must charge the battery for at least 8 to 12 hours.:
BATTERY INFORMATION
• Non – rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
• Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the toy before being charged!
• Rechargeable batteries are to be charged only by an adult!
• Different types of batteries or new and used ones are not to be mixed.
• Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
• Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the toy.
• The supply terminals are not too be short – circuited.
4. ASSEMBLY OF THE PRODUCT
1. Installation of the driving wheel – Figure 1:
• Insert on the rear axle in the following order: Gearbox

Wheel

Washer

Nut

Hubcap.
• If the battery operated car has two gearboxes, the manner of installation of the driving wheels is the same.
Note! If there is only one gearbox, the gearbox must be placed on the left side of the rear axle where you have
an “L” indication. If the battery operated car has two gearboxes, the gearbox must be placed on both sides of the
car’s body in accordance with the indications „L” and “R” on the gearbox and the body.
2. Installation of the front wheels – Figure 1:
• Follow the instructions of the scheme and insert in the following order :

Bushing

Wheel

Bushing

Washer

Nut

Hubcap
3. Connecting the steering wheel – Figure 2:
Connect the bushing of the steering wheel with the bushing of the steering shaft. Afterwards fasten the steering
wheel with the help of 5*40 machine screw and 5mm nut.
4. Installation of the seat – Figure 3:
Place the seat at the place intended for it. Fasten it by switching the key to position locked.
