ASSEMBLY STEPS
•
WARNING!
Adult assembly required.
•
Note:
Some parts might be factory assembled.
•Care should be taken in unpacking and assembly of the vehicle. Do not allow the children to play with any of the parts or to
help in the assembly of the vehicle. Risk of injury due to small parts, sharp edges and sharp points in the
vehicle’s
unassembled state.
• Identify all parts before assembly and save all packing material until assembly is complete to ensure that no parts are
discarded
• After each step you must check if each part is correctly placed and well fixed. Follow strictly each step and study well the
assembly figures.
• Assembly tools needed: screwdriver (not included in the set) and spanner (not included in the package).
•
DO NOT
over-tighten in order to avoid any damage.
If you find problems with assembly, contact the store from where you purchased the product.
1.Step 1 - Installing the front tile and front fork - See Figure 1:
Take the front fork through the tile opening. The plastic
cover must joint fork. Then, put the upper end of the fork through the hole in bottom front part of the body.
2.Step 2 - Installing the handlebar - See Figure 2:
Connect the power wire to the wires, coming out from the motorbike.
Put the handlebar on the top of the front fork. The handlebar holes must fit the holes on the upper end of the front fork.
Secure them with the screw, nut and screwdriver.
3.Step 3 - Installing reflectors - See Figure 3:
Insert the right rear view mirror into the holes of the handlebar. Press until
you hear a click sound. Install the left rear view mirror on the other side of the motor body using the same method.
4.Step 4 - Installing the front wheel - See Figure 4:
Take the front wheel and place it in the middle of the front fork. Put the
plastic caps on both sides of the wheel. Point the front axle over the front tire. Then insert one washer on each side of the
wheel.
5.Step 5 - Installing the windshield and the headstock - See Figure 5
– Firstly, attach the wire coming out of the
headstock to those coming from the motorbike`s body. Take the headstock and attach it to the front of the motor body until
you hear a click sound. Attach the windshield to the front of the motor body. Fix with using screws and a screwdriver.
6.Step 6 - Install the pedals - See Figure 6:
Connect the power wire of the motorbike to the wire of the right pedal. Insert
the footrest in the body until you hear a click sound. Take the left footstep and place it on the left side of the body and press
until you hear a click sound.
7.Step 7
– Installing the rear wheel and the exhaust pipe - See Figure 7:
The gears are installed on both sides of the
rear wheel. The rear wheel is loaded on the back of the motor body. Put the rear axle through the body and the rear wheel.
Put one cap on both sides of the wheel. Place both exhaust pipes on the rear part of the body. Insert one of the exhaust
pipe`s ends in the hole and press until you hear a click sound.
8.Step 8 - Installing the Auxiliary wheels - See Figure 8:
Attach the auxiliary wheels bar to the bottom of the body. Fix the
wheels on both sides of the bar.
USE OF THE PRODUCT
Notice:
When you change the direction of movement, first make sure that the motorbike is not in motion. Otherwise, if you
change the direction of movement suddenly without stopping the motorbike first, the gears and motor may get damaged.
The power key is on the handlebar. The Forward
– Stop - Backward button and the music panel are in the middle of the front
body. The pedal is placed on the right side of the body. See Figure F and U.
1.Moving forward - backward:
Switch the power KEY on and the motor is switched on. Press the button for
“▲ Forward –
Stop -
▼ Back” in position “▲ Forward”. Press the pedal and the motor will start moving forward. .Move to position ▼Back
and press the pedal, the product will start moving backwards. Release the pedal and the motorbike will stop moving.
2.The battery operated motorbike will stop automatically, when your child lifts its leg from the pedal.
3.Put the
▲stop▼ button in position stop and the motor will stop moving.
4.Music player (panel):
A.USB slot
–
only supports MP3.
B.AUX input
– Allows a cable to be connect to portable MP3 player or phone with the music player of the car
C.Adjusting the volume/ melodies
–
long press to turn the volume up.
D.Storytellling and ABC;
E.Decreasing the volume
– long press in order to turn the volume down.
Do not put the MP3 player close to the ears and do not listen to loud music, because this may lead to
impairment of the hearing.
