•Identify all parts before assembly and save all packing material until assembly is complete to ensure that no parts are
discarded
• After each step you must check if each part is correctly placed and well fixed. Follow strictly each step and study well the
assembly figures.
• Assembly tools needed: screwdriver (not included in the set) and spanner (not included in the package).
•
DO NOT
over-tighten in order to avoid any damage.
•If you find problems with assembly, contact the store from where you purchased the product.
1.Step 1 - Installing the foot pedal:
Connect the cables of the motor to the cables of the foot pedal. Insert the cables in the
opening in the motorbike body. Insert the footrest with the foot pedal in the
motorbike’ body and press carefully until you
hear a clicking sound. Attach the other footrest on the left side of the motorbike.
2.Step 2A - Attaching the rear wheels and the support axle of the footrests of model Ninja and connecting the
cables of the motor and mask:
•Attach the support axle in the groove of the bottom part of the motor. Fix it using screws and screwdriver.
•Take the right rear wheel and slide the rear axle through its opening. Then side the axle through the openings of the
gearboxes and rear motorbike body. Attach the left rear wheel to the end of the rear axle. Make sure that the cog wheel of
the wheels fit completely to the cog wheels of the gearboxes. Attach a washer to the end of the axle, coming out of the left
wheel. Fix it using nut and spanner. Finally, attach the hubcaps to the rear wheels.
•Connect the cables of the mask to the cables of the motorbike body.
3.Step 2B - Attaching the auxiliary wheels of model Ninja Duo and connecting the cables of the motor to those of
the mask:
•
Note!
The rear wheel of this model may be pre-assembled to the motorbike body.
•Attach the auxiliary wheels to the groove in the footrests at the bottom of the motorbike body. Fix it using screws and
screwdriver.
•Connect the cables of the mask to the cables of the motorbike body.
4.Step 3
– Attaching the head mask and connecting the cables of the front fork to those of the motorbike:
•After connecting the cables of the mask to those of the motorbike, place the cables in the opening in the motorbike body.
Take the mask and fix it to corresponding part of the motorbike body. Be careful not to damage the cables. Fix the mask
using screws.
•Take the front fork with the pre-assembled to it front wheel. Connect the cables of the motorbike to those of the front
wheel+fork.
5.Step 4
– Attaching the front wheel with the fork and the handlebar :
•Slide the top of the front fork through the opening of the bottom motorbike’s body.
•If there are any cables coming out of the handlebar, connect them to the corresponding cables of the motorbike. Place the
handlebar on top of the front fork. Align the holes on the handlebar and fork for the fixing screw. Slide the screw through
these holes and fix it using nut and screwdriver.
6.Step 5
– Connecting the battery and attaching the seat:
•Connect the red cable of the motorbike to the red terminal of the battery.
NEVER CONNECT BLACK CABLE WITH RED
TERMINAL.
•Then attach on top of the battery the seat and fix it to the motorbike body using screw and screwdriver.
USE OF THE PRODUCT
Do not put the MP3 player close to the ears and do not listen to loud music, because this may lead to
impairment of the hearing.
Notice:
When you change the direction of movement, first make sure that the motorbike is not in motion. Otherwise, if you
change the direction of movement suddenly without stopping the motorbike first, the gears and motor may get damaged.
The power button, the Forward - Back button and the music panel are in the middle of the front body. The pedal is placed on
the right side of the body. The product you bought is with LED lights on the wheels and front lights.
•
Start:
Switch the power button on and the motor is switched on.
•
Moving Forward/ Backward for model Ninja (with 3 wheels):
1.Press the button for
“Forward – Back” in position “forward”. Press the pedal and the motorbike will start moving forward.
2.The battery operated motorbike will stop automatically, when your child lifts its leg from the pedal. 3.Put the F/S/B (forward
– stop – back) button in position S and the motor will stop moving. 4.Move to position B and press the pedal, the product will
start moving backwards. Release the pedal and the motorbike will stop moving.
•
Moving Forward/ Backward for model Ninja
(with 1 front and 1 rear wheels) - With function for moving forward/ backward
by turning the right handle grip. Stop the motorbike from moving by pressing the foot pedal.
Music panel:
Various melodies, volume up/ down, SD card slot and MP3 AUX jack. Turn the power button on and connect
one end of the cable to the MP3 input, the other end connect with the MP3 player.
