TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Problem 1: The motorbike does not move
•
Cause 1:
The cable of the battery has fallen. Reconnect it.
•
Cause 2:
The ON/ OFF button is in position OFF. Turn it on.
•
Cause 3:
The battery is exhausted: Each time after use of the motorbike recharge the battery for the time indicated in this
instruction manual. The battery must be charged at least once a month. Charge for 8 - 12 hours, but no more.
•
Cause 4:
When the motorbike is overloaded or due to improper use, the fuse will switch off automatically
.
If this happens,
wait for about 2 minutes without using the product. The fuse will switch on automatically.
•
Cause 5:
The battery is damaged. Contact the store you bought the product from, the importer or the manufacturer for
consultation.
•
Cause 6:
The cables of the electric circuit are broken or damaged. For repairs, contact the store you bought the product
from, the importer or manufacturer.
•
Cause 6:
The motor is damaged. The motorbike must be examined and repaired by a professional. Contact the store you
bought the product from.
Problem 2: The time for use of the motorbike is short :
•
Cause 1:
The time for charging the batter is shorten. Charge the battery for the recommended time and not shorter, or
charge every time after each use. The charging must be done at least once a month. Charge for 8 – 12 hours, but not more.
•
Cause 2:
The battery is old. Contact the store you bought the product from. The battery must be changed with new.
•
Cause 3:
Overloading. The maximum weight of the use must be 25 kg.
•
Cause 4:
The product is used on uneven surface. Ride the motorbike only on even surface.
Problem 3: The battery cannot be charged
•
Cause 1:
The charger is damaged. Contact the shop you bought the product from.
•
Cause 2:
The battery is damaged. Contact the shop you bought the product from.
•
Cause 3:
The charger does not make good contact. Check if you have connected well the charger to the electricity socket.
•
Cause 4:
The charging hole is damaged. Contact the shop you bought the product from.
•
Cause 5:
The fuse has burnt down. Contact the shop you bought the product from.
Problem 4: Strange noise during riding the motorbike
•
Cause 1:
The gears inside the gear box are broken. Contact the shop you bought the product from.
•
Cause 2:
The wheels are covered with too much sand and dust. Clean regularly the wheels in order to avoid damage on
the motor.

Store it at a suitable place (dry, cool and well ventilated place). Do not allow children to play close to the battery.
10.IMPORTANT!
DO NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES OF THE BODY OF THE MOTORBIKE AND ITS MAIN PARTS AND
ALSO THE ELECTRIC INSTALLATION! This may lead to damaging of the motorbike, improper operation and a risk of
injury to the child. These parts must be maintained by an expert – authorized repair shop or importer.
11.Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries, do not mix old and new or different types of batteries. Observe the correct
polarity while placing the batteries.
REMOVAL OF THE DISCHARGED BATTERY
• Your sealed lead-acid battery must be recycled or thrown away in an ecologically sound manner;
• Do not throw the lead-acid battery in fire. The battery may explode or leak.
• Do not throw the lead-acid battery with your domestic waste. The incineration, land filling or mixing of sealed
lead-acid batteries with household waste is forbidden by Law.
• Take the discharged battery to a station for recycling of lead-acid batteries or to a seller of batteries for cars.
