ASSEMBLY STEPS
1.Front wheels installation – See Figure 12: Place the front wheel on the axle. Insert a gasket, tighten with safety nut.
Repeat the same procedure at the other side.
2.Driving wheels installation – See Figure 13: Insert the driving wheel on the axle, it must be aligned with the gearbox.
Insert a gasket, tighten with safety nut and attach a hub cap. The broad buckle of the rim must correspond to the longest
hole in the wheel. Repeat the same procedure on the other side.
3.Steering wheel installation – See Figure 14: Place the steering wheel on the upper end of the steering shaft, which
shows from car’s body. Connect the steering wheel’ wire with the wire coming out of the dashboard. Insert the cable through
the opening. Align the openings of the steering wheel and steering shaft. Insert the M35x35 screw through the openings and
fasten it with a M5 nut
4.Windshield installation – See Figure 15: Align the plastic protrusions of the windshield with the respective openings in
the body and press down, until it is fastened.
5.Mount the side mirrors – See Figure 16: Attach one of the mirrors to the designated opening in car body. Fix it with
Ø4x12 screw and screwdriver. Repeat on the other side.
6.Seat installation – See Figure 17: Place the seat on its intended place. Turn the locking pin at 90 degrees. Attach to the
opening of the plastic protrusion. The seat of the product you have bought may have the function for adjusting.
7.Use of the parent control handle – See Figure 18: If a parent control handle is included to the product you bough, follow
the bellow instructions for its use:
•Open the rear hood of the car. Place the parental control handle in the respective opening and attach it to the car. In order
to remove the parental control handle, press the two pop-out buttons and pull it out.
•In order to use the parental control handle, you must lift the gearbox lever and make sure that the wheel and gearbox are
separated. When you remove the parental control handle, you must connect the wheel and the gearbox once again.

• AN ADULT MUST PERFORM THE ASSEMBLY. The product contains small parts, which is the reason the assembly must
be performed by an adult. Children must not be present during assembly.
• Remove the safety materials and packaging and throw them after the product is assembled.
• The packaging of the car is not a toy for children. For the purpose of avoiding suffocation or death, keep the plastic
packaging away from children.
• Make sure that the power button is in an “OFF” position before assembly of the car.
• Before use for the first time you must charge the battery for at least 4 to 6 hours.

BEFORE ASSEMBLY OF THE PRODUCT
Connecting the power supply
 ATTENTION! The car’s power line interface is under the engine head cover.
See Figure 19 for more guidelines of how to lift the front hood:
1.Press the button as per the arrow, marked with 1.
2.Lift the front hood of the car as per the two arrows in the side parts of the body.
 On Figure 20 are marked the following: a– Fuse box; b - Battery; c – Vehicle connector; d – Motor connector.
1.Plug the Vehicle connector into the Motor Connector as shown.
2.Plug the red connector of the fuse with the red terminal of the battery.
 NEVER connect the red plug with black terminal or vice versa. Otherwise, this will lead to short circuit and damage on
the electric components.
NOTE: Some of the shown parts are pre-assembled on both sides of the battery operated car.

USE OF THE BATTERY OPERATED CAR
 Notice A:
1. When you change the direction of movement, first make sure that the car does not move. Otherwise, if you change
suddenly the direction of movement without stopping the car, you may cause damage of the gears and motor.
2. If you are using the remote control, follow the guidelines in this instruction manual.
 Notice B:
Before you start using the battery operated car you must check whether you have performed the following:
•The car must be completely assembled, following the steps exactly as described bellow.
•The bushings of the cables of the electric system must be correctly connected to the terminals of the rechargeable battery
(red bushing with red terminal, back bushing with black terminal).
