WORKLOAD ADJUSTMENT
A change of the workload is done either by changing the
pedal speed or by turning the workload knob to increase
or decrease the brake belt tension on the flywheel.
POWER SUPPLY
The bike is powered by a microUSB connection located
on the front of the front cover. There you connect the
included USB cable to charge a power bank that is
mounted under the cover. When fully charged, you can
use the bike without the power cord plugged in.

The user’s heart rate can be measured with a heart rate
belt that detects the pulse from the heart. Heart rate
belt is not delivered with the bike but is available as an
accessory. You can use heart rate monitors that transmit
on ANT+.
Heart rate monitoring requires that the belt is correctly
placed. Make sure that your skin is clean where the belt
should be placed. When it is correctly fitted the logo
on the belt will be central and readable, outward and
upright, by another person. The belt should be secured
at a comfortable tension around the mid section, just
below the breast muscle, see Fig: Placement heart

The display saves the last used heart rate belt. This
means that you do not need to connect to a heart rate
belt every time you ride the same bike. To break this go
into "Settings" and press "reset ant lock" and the text
changes to "no pulse….” Then the display can search for
and lock to a new heart rate belt.

Electromagnetic waves may
disturb heart rate function. Cellular
phones are not allowed to be used
near the bike during test.
