Exciter
These instructions are intended for installers of PA system with
adequate technical knowledge. Please read the instructions
carefully prior to installation and keep them for later reference.
Applications
This exciter is glued onto a surface capable of vibrating (e. g.
table plate, shelf, bathtub, shower enclosure, ceiling panel or
glass pane) so that the surface serves as a kind of speaker cone.
In contrast to conventional speakers, this exciter primarily excites
bending waves on the surface to provide a wider radiation.
Sound quality and volume depend on the material properties
and the dimensions of the mounting surface. The exciter is
weatherproof (IP 66) and can therefore also be used for outdoor
applications and in damp environments (e. g. bathroom, patio).

peratures. The admissible ambient temperature range is
−10 to +40 °C.
