2. Troubleshooting

Check if Volume is not OFF in main menu.

LCD display doesn’t turn on in parking mode.
LCD is ON during continuous mode.

Check if MIC is not ON in main menu.

Format the Micro SD Card and restart

Check Parked Storage Priority is not OFF in dashcam settings menu.

No Power

LCD Display doesn’t turn ON

Unable to record Audio / Voice

Unable to save ﬁles in Micro SD Card

Unable to record during parking

Unable to hear Audio / Voice

Touch Screen is not working

How do I view recorded ﬁles?

Condition

Description

Reset the feature in touch calibration menu.

How do I update the camera ﬁrmware?

Visit www.momentocam.com to download the latest Momento Viewer.

Visit www.momentocam.com to download the latest Momento Camera Firmware.

Check if power cable is properly connected.
Check if power is ON.
Unplug the power cable and reconnect after 3 mins.

FVMA is not working

1. Check if location signal is recognizing the vehicle.
2. Check if auto calibration is completed.
3. Check if GPS is connected.
