The SYNFUGO infusion pump records your
infusions- both the medication used and
the time infused on the SYNFUGO device

You have the option to view infusion
information and set up reminders with
a mobile application. This application is
available for Android or iOS devices through
the Google Play
TM
store and the Apple App
Store
TM
respectively.

The SYNFUGO mobile app may also be
used to scan medication info and provide
calendar reminders for your scheduled
infusions. The application may be used to
store infusion history and schedule using
a secure cloud-based Web application.
This feature is provided as an extension
of your paper journals, and is not intended to
replace (or supplement) guidance from your
healthcare providers. As always, any
questions about your treatment or schedule
should be directed to your doctor.

Use of the SYNFUGO mobile and web apps
is optional- use of your SYNFUGO device is
not affected by your choice. Likewise, you
choose if and whom you share information
with. You may opt to share infusion history
with your healthcare provider, a
caregiver/family member, or with no one at
all. This applies to the
SYNFUGO mobile and
web apps: You control (and are required to
opt into) any data sharing.
