SpectraMax Plus 384 Specifications
Performance specifications for cuvette reads apply to aqueous solutions that have solute
molal concentrations less than 0.4 M. When you apply pathlength compensation to plate
absorbance measurements, agreement with cuvette absorbance measurements for the
same solution requires that the solution volume in the plate well is between 100 μL and 300
μL.
