Attach
Support Legs (6)
to
Center Rail (5)
by using 4 pieces of
Bolt (A)
and 4 pieces of
Nut (E)
as shown.
Use
Allen Wrench (J)
and
Open Wrench (D)
to tighten
Bolts (A)
and
Nuts (E)
until secure.
Place each end of assembled
Center Rail (5)
to
Headboard (1)
and
Footboard (2)
.
Attach by using 2 pieces of
Bolt (B)
to each end of
Center Rail (5)
as shown.
Use
Allen Wrench (J)
to tighten
Bolts (B)
clockwise until secure.

Insert 2 pieces of
Slat (7)
into 2 pieces of
End Plastic Cover (H)
and 1 piece of
Center Plastic Cover (I )
as shown.
Then insert the assembled
Center Plastic Cover (I)
into the holes on
Center Rail (5)
, and the assembled
End Plastic
Covers (H)
into the holes on
Side Rail (4)
as shown.
Repeat the same steps for remaining 26 pieces of
Slat (7)
