4.  The indicator light on the charger will be red: this grants that the charge is proceeding. 
5.  After 4-5 hours of charging, the battery capacity of the direct function of the green-light power, said 

saturation. Too long charging time will affect the battery life. 

Charging should be in a safe, dry and clean environment. 
Do not charge the battery if the temperature is lower than 0°C. 
Use the original charger only. 
Do not use a car cigarette kit to charge the battery.
