Fan Wi-Fi Reset
NOTE:
This function only resets the Wi-Fi settings.
1. Press and hold the

buttons for 10 sec.
2. The LED will blink green and the receiver will beep to
indicate that Wi-Fi reset is successful.
3. After the Wi-Fi resets, the fan will broadcast its factory
set network name beginning with “ModernFormsFan.”
NOTE
: Changes to your Wi-Fi network settings
(SSID or Security Passphrase) will prevent your fan from
connecting to the cloud. You can re-establish connectivity
by performing a Wi-Fi Reset and using the Modern Forms
app to reconfigure the fan to connect to the network with
the new settings.

Remote Control Factory Reset:

to indicate that the factory reset is successful.

The user is cautioned that changes or modifications
not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance
could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.

UV end-of-life notification and
reset procedure:
The UV module will lose efficacy beyond 9000 hours of use.
The fan automatically tracks module usage. When there is
approx 10% life remaining the user will be notified by the
light module blinking in an on/off patern for the first 10
seconds after turning it on.
This is an indication the user should replace the module.
To reset the fan’s internal counter, press and hold the
and
for 4 seconds. the fan receiver will beep
short-long-short to indicate the reset was successful.

button/coin cell battery. If a new or used lithum button/
coin cell batter is swallowed or enters the body, it can
