The unit contains a gas insulation and refrigerant that must be disposed of properly. When you want

- The compressor will emit loud noise at the beginning of operations.
The noise will disappear when the freezing starts.
Condensation on the
outer surface of the
freezer

Dew may form on the outer surface of the freezer when the ambient air is too
hot / humid. Condensation occurs during high humidity and when the water
particles in the air come into contact with cold surface. This is perfectly
normal. Simply wipe the surface using dry cloth.
Outer Surface of the
Freezer Is Hot to the
Touch

During summer or when the unit is operating for the first time, the
outer surface of the freezer may become hot to the touch. The heat
will not affect the food being stored inside freezer
