MODE COM WIRELESS ROUTER

Great thanks for your purchasing MC-418A Wireless Router ,MC-418A Supports IEEE802.11G Standard ,trans-
ferring date with speed of 54Mbps , also conforms to IEEE802.11B Standard. MC-418A satisfy enterprise with
small scale, SOHO user to lay out WAN and LAN. MC-418A provide multi-protection for the security for the ne-
tworks, such as support or prohibit SSID broadcast, not allow AP to broadcast SSID network name for SSID
prevention. MC-418A support WEP for the security of WLANS with powerful ﬁrewall. MC-418A allow many PCs
to share one PC’s WAN Cable and one Internet account by ISP. MC-418A allow varies ways to internet, such as
ADSL, Cable Modem, dial up automatically, easy to conﬁgure. MC-418A  combines 4 port Ethernet Switch to
connect with Ethernet adapters. VLAN server allow Internet user to visit website, FTP and other service in LAN.
MC-418A control the outside visit, conﬁgure diﬀerent authorized access. MC-418A support Web management,
DMZ, network game and videoconference.  This manual is the user’s guide for MC-418A. This manual consists
of hardware speciﬁcation, installation guide, conﬁguration guide and deﬁnition on how to use MC-418A. Pls
use this manual for your reference.
First, please read the installation guide in chapter 4, note some points when install.  Second, Pls read chapter
6, in order to allow MC-418A to run in corresponding Internet environment.

2. Do not drop Router down or any damage to the Router and its electronic component.
3. Do not disassemble Router, otherwise warranty for repair will not be guaranteed
4. Do not exposure Router under Sunshine, to avoid heat.
5. Please keep Router dry and away from ﬁre.
6. Please keep Router under shield and run under 0-40 to the perfect state.
