Insert 4 x dowels (C) into panels [3] and [4].
panel [2] and secure with 4 x long screws (D).

Insert 4 x dowels (C) into panels [2], [13] and [14]. Attach panels [13] and [14] to
panel [2] and secure with 8 x locking nuts (B). Tighten with a screwdriver.
