Assembly description
●
Take the rollator out of the carton and place it upright on the floor.
●
Compare with the list above if anything is missing. If you’d discover at that stage that some part is missing
or damaged, do not continue the assembly process. Contact your supplier of the product right away.
●
Support the handle with one hand and with the other hand grab one of the rear frame legs and gently pull it
in backwards.
●
Gently press the handle down until the frame is fully opened.
●
The rollator is completely open when you hear a clear “click”.
●
Put the main frame with wheels on the flat surface. All wheels should touch the floor.
●
Always ensure that the frame is stable and fixed when the rollator is opened.
●
Adjust both push handles to the same height (see also function description).
●
Ensure that the red snap buttons are securely locked so that the rollator is stable and parts can not move
when forced.
●
Always test to see that the rollator and attachments are properly and safely locked in place BEFORE use
●
Failure to follow these warnings can result in personal injury.
Function description
●
Adjust the height of the push handles so that when the user’s arm is down along the body, the handle is at
wrist height. Adjust the height by releasing the snap buttons located on upper frame tubes. Then adjust the
handle to your desired height, close the snap button again securely. Repeat the steps for the other handle,
so that both are at the same height.
●
Care should be taken to ensure that ALL adjustments are secured and that castors and moving parts are in
good working order before use.
Braking
●
To stop the rollator simply pull the brake handle up and hold brake handle in the ”UP” position to remain
stationary. TO MOVE simply release the brake handle.
●
To lock the brakes in ”Engaged” position for longer period of ”parking” push the brake handle up and fix it
with the red C-cap To unlock the brakes pull the brake handle UP again and release the red C-clip by pulling it
gently to the front
●
While using the rollator in a stationary position, the hand brakes MUST always be locked. You should always
pull the brakes when you don’t plan to move the device. Never leave device on slopes without brakes pulled!
