Applying the Tube Sliding Sheet
1. The patient can be in lying or sitting position.
2. Decide the sliding direction before introducing the sliding sheet under the patient:
a) Forward or backward movement; Fold the Sliding Sheet and introduce it under the patient in
forward/backward direction and roll it out in the desired position.
b) Side-to-side movement: fold the Sliding Sheet, introduce it under the patient in side to side
direction, and roll it out in the desired position.
3. Carefully perform repositioning in the desired direction whilst keeping eye on the patient position
and comfort.
4. After performing the repositioning, remove the Sliding Sheet by pulling it carefully away.
Applying the Flat Sliding Sheet with handles
1. The patient can be in lying or sitting position. Lying for lateral transfer bed to bed.
2. Fold the Sliding Sheet, introduce it under the patient, and roll it out in the
desired position.
3. The patient may now be moved in any direction or if lateral transfer side to side.
4. Carefully perform repositioning into desired position by holding the handles of the Flat sliding Sheet
enclosing the patient within, while keeping eye on the patient position and comfort.
5. After performing the repositioning, remove the Sliding Sheet by pulling it carefully away.
Applying the Flat Sliding Sheets in pairs
1. The patient can be in lying or sitting position, bed or wheelchair/chair.
2. Two Flat sliding sheets can be used for easier positioning a lifting sling for lifting the patient.
3. Introduce both Sliding Sheets under/behind the patient, and roll it out/down in the desired position.
4. Using the top Sliding Sheet you can move the patient as it slides against the bottom Sliding Sheet
and creates a smooth and easy transfer for both the patient and the carer.
5. Place the sling between the two Sliding Sheets and slide/pull it in position down behind the patients
back.
6. When the sling is in the desired position, carefully remove the Sliding Sheets.
Expected service, storing and shelf life
The product should be stored in a dry and clean environment and the shelf lifetime is 3 years in original
packaging. Store in temperatures between 0°-40° C. Expected service life is 2 years; however, this will be
subject to the actual conditions during use.

Guarantee terms
Mobilex A/S ofers 2 years of warranty for damages caused by errors in production or material errors. The
warranty is not valid by not-intended repair or usage of the product. Parts subject to normal wear are not
covered by the warranty, unless wear is caused by a manufacturing fault. If product changes are made
without our written acceptance the CE-marking and product warranty will not be valid. In the event of
product damages covered by this warranty, please notify your dealer or Mobilex A/S directly. The warranty
does not cover transport costs and does not include compensation for personal injuries or non-use of the
product during repair. The warranty does not cover damages due to the user manual not being followed.
