  For PIN Code/PIN Unlock Code, please enter the proper numbers specified from the operator 

  Make sure to keep PIN Code/PIN Unlock Code in secret 

  Make sure not to use easy numbers such as your phone number or date of birth 

  If you input the wrong PIN Code 3 times, the PIN Code will be locked. In this case, contact your agency for more 

information on PIN Unlock Code. 

  If you input the PIN Unlock Code (PUK Code) 10 times, the SIM Card will be completely locked.    In this case, 

contact your operator for more information
