ATTENTION (!)
Before using the Wheelchair make sure that:
•
The wheelchair is in full extension and is locked in this position.
•
The seat is correctly placed and secure in this position.
•
Footrests are correctly placed and secure in this position.
•
Side armrests are correctly placed and secure in this position.
•
The tank (if available) is correctly placed into the appropriate slot.
•
The anti‐tilt wheel (if available) is correctly placed into the appropriate slot.
•
There are no cracks or fractures in the frame.
WARNING
If trouble occurs in any of the above
DO NOT
use the wheelchair until the problem is
resolved.
ΛΟΙΠΕΣ ΟΔΗΓΙΕΣ
•
To provide the desired angle on the back of the cab (if it has reclining back )
press the handle located under the handles.
•
The wheelchairs have brake on the rear wheels which must be secured when
the wheelchair does not move.
•
When sitting or standing up from the wheelchair push the handles down,
securing that it will stand still and not slip.
•
DO NOT step on the foot rests to sit or get up, roll RISK. The footrests are
used to place the user’s feet when seated.
•
When you get out of the walker must rely on both handles equally. Leaning
only to one handle (without escort) can cause injury or damage the product.
•
Regularly clean the wheelchair.
•
DO NOT let the wheelchair wet.
•
DO NOT let children near the wheelchair without supervision.
•
DO NOT touch the moving parts while they are in motion injury hazard.
Warranty Exclusions:
Belts, straps, pillows and everything else is subject to daily contact with the
user.
Footstools.
Tires wheels.
Any damage caused by misuse, dropping or hitting the wheelchair.
Any damage caused by poor maintenance, transport or storage of the
wheelchair.
