A tiny 9x 9cm size means you can use it anywhere and the 12V DC operation means you can use it
for both permanent and temporary installations that are battery powered. It’s simple to get up and
running, just plug in your HD camera or video source, power it up and you’ll be recording high quality
1080P video in seconds!
It even records audio from your camera or a separated connected microphone so you can get useful
voice and sound recordings that add extra context to your footage. You can use up to a 128GB micro
SD card and use the adjustable recording settings to get the length and quality of recording to suit
your individual application.
Police-friendly AVI files for evidence can be copied onto a USB drive or simply connect the MOBI
directly to a PC for copying straight to your desktop. The practical “File Lock” feature can be selected
that means footage won’t be recorded over until it can be copied over to a back-up USB drive at a
later date.
A special menu selection allows you to quickly select the length of time that each video clip will last for
either 30, 5, 3 minutes or just 1 minute making it easier to get the exact footage you require as
evidence rather than spending valuable time watching an empty space.
Powering the unit is straightforward using a 12V DC power source from a standard regulated PSU
such as
POW803
or battery pack such as Handy Battery
BAT200
. You could even use the car
adaptor lead supplied and power it from your own vehicle to record footage.
