3. GETTING STARTED
To get started with the Mobeye Outdoor Detector, at least the following steps need
to be taken in the following order:
1. Open the Mobeye Outdoor Detector
2. Insert the SIM card
3. Insert the batteries
4. Programming when using the Mobeye SIM/Portal
a. Sign up in the Mobeye Internet Portal
b. Activate the SIM card
c. Enter the program mode
d. Activate the device in the Mobeye Internet Portal
e. Program the options and synchronise
5. Programming when using your own SIM card
a. Enter the program mode
b. Program the settings
Steps 1 to 3 are described in sections 3.2 up to 3.3.
Step 4 is described in chapter 4. Step 5 can be found in chapter 6.
3.1 OPEN THE OUTDOOR DETECTOR
Remove the screw on the bottom (next to the tag reader). Open the cap of the
housing by holding the black cap and moving the white cap to the outside. Then
remove the two screws in the black inner housing and take the black part out. Make
sure the wires do not come loose.
