Store pack in freezer so that it is ready for use when required.
Pack requires at least one hour to freeze.
Attention:
Do not press the frozen cold pack. Otherwise, the
beads inside will break. Keep the frozen cold pack at room
temperature and wait until the beads inside to become soft before
use.
Application: Hot
Hot water: Bring water to boil, remove from heat and immerse the
gel pack for approximately 4-10 minutes. After 4 minutes check
every 1 minute to see if the ideal temperature has been reached.
