INSTALLATION
• Mark the location of the fixing holes (see Fig. 1) and drill the holes ensuring not to
infringe with any gas/water pipes or electrical cables
• Insert the plugs fully into the wall, and screw in the 2 screws provided, leaving them
approximately 2-3mm proud of the wall surface
• Remove the lid from the battery enclosure
• Open the battery compartment by removing the screw and sliding in the direction
shown by the arrow
• Insert 8 x AA batteries (not included) observing the polarity shown on the base of the
compartment, and replace the battery compartment lid
• Ensure that the sliding switch on the outside of the battery compartment is in the ON
position (see Fig. 2)
