6.8.2 Valve Control Recipe Setup
During the process of pressure control using a valve, the opening of the valve is dynamically adjusted
based on the feedback of the system pressure. PID control logic is used for the control and all the
controlling parameters need to be defined by a recipe, similar to when an MFC is used for PID/Ratio
control.
To edit and set a PID recipe for valve control:
1. Press the
System
Setup
button, move the cursor to PID Recipe Edit as shown in Figure 6-4, then
press
Enter
key to display the Pressure Control Parameters Setting Recipes screen as
shown in Figure 6-25;
