we are sure that its features will satisfy both the professional and the occasional user. Consult this manual for all the information necessary for correct installation and optimal use
and keep it for future reference.
INSTALLATION AND USE OF THE PRODUCT
The product must be used for the conversion of high impedance (100 Volts) line mono audio signals into signals suitable for low impedance loads (4-8 ohms), coupled to properly
connected signal amplifiers and loudspeakers.
For correct installation and to maximize performance during use:
• Make sure to connect a speaker with a maximum power not exceeding about three times that of the input used to the secondary
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
The product does not require maintenance; the peculiarities of the installation, often internal to the diffuser itself, are such that even any cleaning and detergent operations are
unlikely. Limit yourself to a periodic inspection to check the tightness of the connections and any degeneration of the materials in correspondence of prolonged use.
WARRANTY
Melchioni Ready s.r.l., based in Milan (Italy), via Colletta 37, recognizes a conventional guarantee on the product for a period of two years from the date of the first purchase by the
consumer. This guarantee does not affect the validity of the legislation in force concerning consumer goods (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 art. 128 and following),
of which the consumer remains the owner. This guarantee applies to the entire territory of the European Union.
The components or parts that are found to be defective for ascertained manufacturing causes will be repaired or replaced free of charge through the dealer, during the above
warranty period. Melchioni Ready S.r.l. reserves the right to make a complete replacement of the device, if repairability is impossible or excessively expensive, with another device
of similar characteristics (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 no. 206 art. 130) during the warranty period. In this case, the validity of the warranty remains that of the original
purchase: the service provided under warranty does not extend the warranty period.
In any case, this appliance will not be considered defective in terms of materials or manufacture should it be adapted, changed or adjusted, in order to comply with national or local
safety and / or technical standards, in force in a country other than that for which it is was originally designed and manufactured. This appliance has been designed and built for
domestic use only: any other use will invalidate the benefits of the guarantee.
The warranty does not cover:
• parts subject to wear or tear, nor those parts that require periodic replacement and / or maintenance
• professional use of the product
• malfunctions or any defects due to incorrect installation, configuration, software / BIOS / firmware update not performed by authorized Melchioni Ready S.r.l.
• repairs or interventions carried out by persons not authorized by Mechioni Ready S.r.l.
• manipulation of assembly components or, where applicable, of the software
• defects caused by fall or transport, lightning, voltage fluctuations, liquid infiltration, opening of the appliance, bad weather, fire, public disturbances, inadequate ventilation or
incorrect power supply
• any accessories, for example: boxes, bags, batteries, etc. used with this product
• home interventions for convenience checks or presumed defects
The recognition of the guarantee by Melchioni Ready S.r.l. is subject to the presentation of a tax document that proves the actual date of purchase. The same must not show any
tampering or deletions, in the presence of which Melchioni Ready S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse the provision of treatment under warranty.
The warranty will not be recognized if the serial number or model of the appliance is non-existent, abraded or modified.
This warranty does not include any right to compensation for direct or indirect damage, of any nature, to people or things, caused by any inefficiency of the appliance. Any
extensions, promises or services in this regard, insured by the retailer, will be borne by the latter.
DISPOSAL
According to Directive 2012/19/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 4 july 2012, on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), the presence
of the crossed-out bin symbol indicates that this appliance is not to be considered as urban waste: its disposal must therefore be carried out by separate collection.
Disposal in a non-separate manner may constitute a potential harm to the environment and health. This product can be returned to the distributor when purchasing a
new device. Improper disposal of the appliance constitutes misconduct and is subject to sanctions by the Public Security Authority. For further information, contact the
local administration responsible for environmental matters.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE SAFE INSTALLATION AND USE OF THE PRODUCT
• Before putting the product into service, check its completeness and integrity: if any deficiencies and / or discrepancies are found, do not use it for any reason and contact the
retailer where it was purchased.
• Use the product only for the purposes described in this manual. Any other use could cause damage to the user or to the product itself.
• The manufacturer and / or distributor cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by using this product that is not consistent with what is indicated in this manual.
• Do not leave the product in the availability of children under the age of eight: in case of use by minors or people with cognitive and / or motor impairment, it is essential to ensure
adequate supervision.
• Do not leave the product in the availability of children even after its disposal: particularly small parts could be ingested and pipes and wiring could cause obstruction of the
airways.
• The product must be used by personnel aware of the risks associated with incorrect use: in case of use by people without the necessary experience, adequate supervision must
be ensured.
• There is no reason to disassemble the product: any repairs or checks must be carried out by specialized technical personnel.
• Do not expose the product to rain, direct solar radiation or the action of other atmospheric agents: the product is intended for internal use only.
• Use the product at a safe distance from water containers, tubs, flower pots, swimming pools, aquariums, pressurized vessels, taps, pipes, downspouts, expansion vessels, air
conditioning units, etc.
• The product is not intended to be used in excessively hot or cold, dusty, humid environments, in the presence of atmospheres saturated with gas or chemical vapors
• In the event that the product emits a bad smell or smoke beyond the usual levels, fire, unusual noises or in the event of deformation, swelling or opening of previously absent
holes, immediately stop using it and contact qualified technical personnel.
• Periodically check the integrity of the product and wiring: if anomalies are detected, suspend use of the product and contact qualified personnel.
• Pay particular attention to avoid any contact with wiring and electrified parts when the product is put into service: the circulating voltage can cause serious injuries.

Any other failure or abnormal operation must be evaluated by specialized technical personnel.
• Do not connect speakers in series or in parallel to the low impedance output, unless you are sure you can maintain a global impedance of 4 or 8 ohms
• Make sure to connect the speaker to the secondary in accordance with the impedance of the speaker itself
• Secure the transformer to the speaker frame or other stable surface with suitable tightening screws in order to reduce vibrations and particularly annoying resonances
• Make sure that the connections are fixed and stable and that the cables cannot accidentally disconnect during use
