Calibration Procedure
Your AirCrafter T-250 comes calibrated from the factory, but if you
suspect the unit's RPM readings are off, follow the procedure below to
re-calibrate the unit:
1. Make sure the unit is off.
2. Press and hold down the direction button, then press the power
button.
3. Next release the power button and then the direction button.
4. If done correctly, "CAL" will be displayed as shown.
5. Begin the calibration by pressing the start button (knob / push button).
Calibration will take about 20 minutes as the table turns and records
RPM and time data.
6. After the data is recorded, the letters "SLo" will be flashing on the
display, s lowly turn the speed knob until the turntable barely begins to
rotate.
7. Finally press the stop button (knob / push button) to finish and save the
calibration.
Additional Display Messages
• nEE: This means the turntable memory was not set or lost. Power cord
needs to be unplugged to reset. If this error persists, please contact MK
support.
• bAd: This message is displayed for about 3 seconds and default settings
are restored and self-testing continues. WARNING: The turntable SHOULD
be recalibrated.
• CAL: If the display shows "CAL", the hardware calibration needs to be
performed (never calibrated or corrupted).
