OTU-Mini
*OTU and OTU-Mini only support OBD2 protocol.
Installation position:
Normally fixed near driver side dashboard, far away from heat source, no contact with ground,
fastened with cable tie firmly. After installation, if the GPS and GSM signal is bad (in App,
GPS<6 GSM<2), check whether the vehicle is at a bad signal place, and try to adjust the unit to
different positions for best signal.
For OTU, GPS antenna should be fixed to face sky without metallic shield. GSM antenna should
be fixed far away from main unit without metallic shield.
For OTU-Mini, internal antenna must be fixed upwards (on shell
marked).
OTU-Mini special notice:
1. The Can group or Can_K must be connected (one of them);
2. Can group connects with original OBD port6/14, Can_K
Connects with orignal OBD port 7.
3. Can group is for vehicle which has it. If the vehicle has no
Can group, then connect with Can_K (special vehicle
excluded).
4. For Remote Start type, Push/Remote Start communication wire must be connected, otherwise
the App can only be used a short time for demonstration.
5. ON wire must be connected with original ON, otherwise the power consumption will be much
higher.
9. Warm Reminder
1. Do not use for 24V vehicle before make tuning.
2. Do not forget to configure the APN parameter.
