WARRANTY
We offer a three years warranty on your MIYEN starting from the date of purchase in
accordance with the applicable warranty conditions. It includes material defects and
manufacturing faults.
The warranty applies to the following components: Movement, hands and dial. Should
any of the above mentioned parts show material defects or manufacturing faults during
the warranty period under normal use, we will either repair your MIYEN free of charge or
replace it with a new watch at our discretion. As proof of ownership you must present the
appropriate warranty card.
The manufacturer warranty does not apply to:
• Battery, case, crystal, clasp or strap and normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by improper handling, negligence, accident, normal wear and tear,
improper repair, by unauthorized intervention, improper battery replacement, glass
breakage or other circumstances that are not due to defects in material or
workmanship.
• Watches that were not purchased from an authorized dealer.
Our watches are manufactured with the greatest precision. They have technically mature
movements and are subjected to a strict final inspection. Should a warranty claim arise,

Please include a description and a photo of the defect so that our staff can help you as
soon as possible. MIYEN has no fixed repair prices, rather the effort determines the
price - as far as the repair is not covered by the warranty. If the repair costs exceed 15
Euro, you will receive a cost estimate and can decide if and which repairs should be
performed.
DISPOSAL
Quartz watches and/or batteries must not be disposed in the household waste! Quartz
watches and batteries must also be handed in at the collection point of your municipality
or your district. You can return your MIYEN and/or its battery after use free of charge.
