Light Engine Replacement

Preliminary

Refer to the chassis removal procedure and remove the BACK-COVER and Metal Support Plate (page 8)

Light Engine Removal Procedure

The following steps describe how to remove the Light
Engine from the cabinet and those parts that are not
included in a replacemant Engine

2)

Remove fixing screws (1) & (2) to remove
the SLIDE-LOCK-MATE

3a) Loosen [A-1] & [A-2] so that they do not

touch [A-3]. (4MM Allen wrench)

3b) Loosen lock nuts (1) and (2). (8MM open

end wrench)

3c) Turn [A-3] CCW so the [A-3] bolt clears the

Engine Plate. (5MM Allen wrench)
