3.7.2 Layout setting
Window select
DISPLAY MEMORY > WINDOW 1
Select a window to adjust among 1.
In Wallaby, you can select a target window directly in
the panel area (a). The window is brought to top. Or
click the target panel in the monitor select area (b-1),
and select the target window in the window select area
(b-2).
Full screen display
DISPLAY MEMORY > WINDOW 1> WINDOW
ARRANGEMENT
It displays an input signal full screen on the monitor for
convenience when starting to make the layout. The
initial setting is RESET.

It is the same function as full screen display in input
memory (page 37).
Input signals allotment
DISPLAY MEMORY > WINDOW 1 > INPUT
On the selected window, you can allocate input signals
among input ports and registered input memories.
Select them with left/right arrow buttons and press
[ENTER] button to confirm.
In Wallaby, after selecting the window, assign an input
memory or an input port.

Under AUTO SCAN ON status (page 35), if you
allocate an “input port” as its input signal, the signal
scan automatically runs whenever input signals are
switched over.
Even if you have chosen an “input port” as the input
signal, it may automatically change to an “input
memory” as a result of the scanning. Make sure that
your intended input signal has been allocated when
you save the display memory (page 46).

One out of 2 inputs (DVI DIGITAL, DVI ANALOG) can
be allocated on Window 1. Either DVI DIGITAL or DVI
ANALOG signal on DVI-I connector.

The DVI DIGITAL input has a digital equalizer function,
and the long distance transmission with the DVI-D
cable of up to 50m is possible. However the equalizer
function does not work for HDCP and the EDID. In
this case image may not be display correctly.
Moreover, also when two or more DVI-D cables are
extended using an extended connector, an image
may be unable to display. When the long distance
transmission, please do the connection examination
of a cable and output equipment in advance.
An input terminal of DVI DIGITAL/ DVI ANALOG is
DVI-I terminal. When using DVI-I cable, please don't
input a signal of both of digital and analog at the
same time.
Window position and size
DISPLAY MEMORY > WINDOW 1 > H. POSITION, V.
POSITION / H. SIZE, V. SIZE
It can set window positions and sizes.

It follows aspect ratio setting in the next chapter.
Left/right buttons shift windows by screen size. [ENTER]
button enables the fine tuning mode which shifts by
pixel, or by 10 pixels with pressing-and-holding the
arrow buttons. [ESC] button cancels the mode.
When you display a window across multiple monitors,
set the same position and size of the windows in each
monitor. The RESET menu in WINDOW ARRANGEMENT
(page 43) sets the same position / size values for the
selected all monitors.
